Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge in HR Functions and best practices are required for this position.
  • Experience in Outsourcing.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other sites.
  • Knowledge in Visa application/processing.
  • Excellent record keeping skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Has the ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude in overseeing employee benefits.
  • Ability to analyze and work with important HR performance measures, such as employee headcount and retention rates.
  • Ability to build team morale and promote corporate culture.
  • Willing to work in Silang, Cavite.
  • Can start immediately.


Job Description:

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing of applicants, phone screening/interview, initial interviews, assisting in final interview) ;
  • Writing Job Description and posting in all relevant media platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers (both internal and client) to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Responsible for initiating the 201-file preparation in a timely and complete manner.
  • Plans employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans


Timekeeping:

  • Ensures accurate monitoring of time and attendance and completeness of payroll reports.
  • Process and verify leave of all employees.
  • Attendance Report Daily


Employee Engagement, Relation and Events:

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Consults Corporate Lawyer/Retainer as needed/required
  • Enforces company guidelines and code of conduct by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Manages and resolves end-to-end complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Deliver consistent approach to all internal communications.
  • Develop channels of communication relevant to the needs of the workforce.
  • Making sure that employees have a voice that is visibly listened to
  • Plan and facilitate HR activities in the team.
  • Responsible for all company events within approved budget (company outing, team building, company anniversary, birthday,etc).
  • Support organizational change by creating effective internal communication strategies and ensuring best practicesare managed.


Admin: 

  • Liaise with government agencies (follow up gov’t agencies release of application for Maternity leave, sickness reimbursement). DOLE and other Legal Compliance – Business Permit and other Admin related tasks.
  • Monthly monitoring and inventory of office supplies, pantry supplies, furniture, office equipment, etc.
  • Responds to all HR related concerns of the client and its outsourced employees.
  • Conducts site visit to clients if needed.
  • Perform other related duties as may be required by Management.
